  Their wings have always been good, but not the service. We ordered several orders of wings to go on Super Bowl Sunday, but my wife attempted to order a cheeseburger. She was told that they don't have cheeseburgers. My wife reminded them that they have cheeseburgers on their menu (look under "Sandwiches" on the Madison, AL menu), but they told her that "was not their menu." It is bad enough that staff did not know their own menu, but that fact is made even worse when staff is then dishonest about it. It would have been better to simply admit their mistake...

  Former employee here: the food is good, management not so much. I used to love working here-until Byron (owner) began yelling at me in front of customers for making a small mistake. He yelled at me so loudly and disrespectfully that I began to cry out of embarrassment and walked to the back to spare the customers from having to witness such an uncomfortable situation. I was then fired for crying- and the owner stated that my being emotional "made him uncomfortable" so I was not allowed to come back to work. Never once have I been reprimanded or criticized for poor work performance but rather I have been complimented by both customers and management on many occasions for the way I treated guests. I feel this place is going downhill very fast and would never eat at a place that treated their employees with such disrespect and disregard for their feelings.

  Horrible, the wings were greasy with no flavor at all. The takeout carton was filled with grease. They charge for extra seasoning, however the wings aren't seasoned when you order them with a flavor, or maybe all the grease "drowned" the flavor. The staff didn't greet you or acknowledge you even when placing your order.
