  I pre-ordered a wrap on their website. I get the wrap and take it back to work. Open up the packaging....and there is the tiniest sliver of meat on it. It was basically a veggie wrap. I contacted the company through their website and it takes them more than 2 weeks to get back to me. In the end they offered to make me a new one free of charge (hence two stars instead of one) but I don't care to have another sandwich made from their deli if they are just going to make sure it is loaded once after someone complained. It should be made well consistently, not just when Publix deli thinks they are being judged. I had problems previously with the quantity of meat they put on their sandwiches and wraps but this was ridiculous. I also got to only each that "veggie wrap" for lunch that day due to work schedule. I won't be going back for any of their goods or services.
